Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items requested within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

 

Please Note:
Free gift, custom-made, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.

 

Refunds
Once we receive your return and complete inspection, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive a credit to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your refund will include the cost of the product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Costs
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). For returns based on customer preference (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
